Maintenance Manager - Mitsis Selection Azure

Region: Halkidiki

Employment Type: Full-time

Ref: HO / CHENH

Purpose:

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of all hotel facilities and the efficient organization of the Maintenance Department. You will ensure that high standards of operation, health and safety, and service are maintained, while monitoring the achievement of operational objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Degree from a Technical School (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry, preferably in large hotel properties.
• Excellent knowledge of pumping stations, mechanical plant rooms and modern technical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
• Basic knowledge of heating systems and LPG, along with general technical knowledge and construction skills.
• Foreign languages: Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications.
