Hospitality Assistant

Job Description

The Hospitality Assistant will support in an efficient and smooth operation and in our goal to deliver a World-Class service focusing on service and innovation, leading the team to surpass customer expectations and provide a “wow” factor throughout the site while maintaining consistency and a high standard of client and customer service.

Monday - Friday.

Job Responsibilities

Customer focus / service delivery 
Lead and train teams to deliver 5* service 
Management of a busy café & restaurant. 
Manage employee relationships 
Prove your passion for hospitality through management, service and engagement.

Qualifications

Previous Hospitality experience a must 
Customer focused
