Aramark, the catering and hospitality partner at the University of Winchester, is recruiting Casual Food Service Assistants to join our friendly and energetic team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment, gain valuable customer service experience, and be part of a team delivering great food and service to students, staff, and visitors across campus.

Job Responsibilities

• Serving food and drinks to customers
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Supporting food preparation and food displays
• Assisting with hospitality and event catering
• Operating tills and handling payments
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a great customer experience

• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
• Previous catering or hospitality experience is helpful but not essential – full training provided
