Service
Ergazo provides publication and discovery tools for employer-authorized hospitality job advertisements in supported countries. The service is advertising software, not a promise of applicants or hires.
Publisher, not an employment agency
Ergazo does not act for either party in recruitment, source or recommend candidates, maintain an employer-searchable talent pool, screen or rank applicants, negotiate employment, arrange placement or visas, or charge a fee based on a hire. Employers alone decide whom to contact, interview, and employ.
Direct applications
Every listing must provide an application destination controlled by the named employer, such as its careers or ATS page, email address, or phone number. Ergazo does not receive or forward applications or CVs. The employer's own privacy notice and hiring terms apply when a job seeker leaves Ergazo or contacts it.
Job postings
All job postings are subject to review. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that are misleading, discriminatory, or violate applicable laws. Payment is authorized at submission but only charged upon approval.
Employer posting rules
By posting a job on Ergazo you agree to the rules below. You must make a fresh authorization declaration for every submitted listing before payment.
Authorization. You must be authorized to post jobs on behalf of the company named in the listing. Personal job boards, recruiter aggregation without the employer's consent, or posting on behalf of a company you are not connected to are not permitted.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- Fake, misleading, or speculative listings with no real hiring intent.
- Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or revenue-share arrangements that require the candidate to pay or recruit others.
- Roles that require candidates to pay a fee of any kind, buy a starter kit, or provide payment details to apply.
- Listings created primarily to harvest personal data, CVs, or contact information without a genuine open role.
- Duplicate or near-duplicate listings designed to inflate visibility.
- Any role that violates the employment, pay-transparency, anti-discrimination, sanctions, or advertising rules applicable where it is offered or marketed.
Moderation fee. If a listing is rejected as fraudulent or in bad faith, Ergazo reserves the right to retain a €5 moderation fee from the authorized payment to cover review costs. The remainder is released and never charged. Listings rejected for fixable reasons (formatting, missing info) release the full authorization with no fee.
Authorization is listing-specific. A prior approved advertisement does not authorize later advertisements, another company, or imported content. Ergazo may request evidence of your relationship with the named employer.
Pricing
Job listings are priced at €29 per post. Volume discounts apply: 3 jobs for €79, 5 jobs for €119, 10+ jobs at €19.90 each. Prices may change with notice.
Refunds
If a job posting is rejected during review, the payment authorization is cancelled and your card is not charged. For approved listings, refunds may be issued at our discretion within 7 days of posting.
Content
The employer or authorized poster is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and continuing availability of each listing. Ergazo may review, reject, correct, suspend, or remove an advertisement, but publication does not verify every claim made by the employer.
Limitation of liability
Ergazo is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this platform.
