For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Reservations Agent to join our team in Corfu.

This position is based in Corfu and requires on-site presence.

The Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will manage booking enquiries and reservations, providing prompt, professional service to guests and partners.

A Day in the Job

Accurate information, timely responses and attention to detail shape the guest experience from the very first enquiry.

Here's what a typical day in our Reservations team could look like:

• You respond promptly and informatively to booking requests received by email, telephone, online booking systems or other channels.

• You build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to encourage future bookings, support the operational follow-up of confirmed bookings and check that advance payments are received on time.

• You maintain reservation records and room availability in the PMS, process amendments and cancellations, and keep the relevant team members informed.

• You develop a thorough knowledge of room types, locations, layouts and features, supporting room allocation and maximising revenue from reservations.

• You stay informed about room rates, packages, discounts, special offers and other available benefits, applying the hotels’ pricing strategies accurately.

• You create and maintain organised guest profiles, recording special requirements and other useful information.

• You work closely with the Front Office team and coordinate additional services arranged at the time of booking.

• You keep up to date with the market, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, and changes in supply and demand.

Requirements

Is This You?

Essential qualifications:

• Excellent command of English and a good command of Greek.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.

• A team-oriented, adaptable and proactive approach, supported by strong organisational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in guest service.

Additional qualifications – a plus:

• Previous experience in hospitality and reservations.

• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.

• Knowledge of channel management.

• Knowledge of a Property Management System (PMS), such as Opera or Fidelio.

• A master’s degree in a related field.
