Aramark UK are currently recruiting a talented and dedicated Chef in their Education & Healthcare sector to join our team at South Lanarkshire college, G750NE.

40 hours Monday to Friday

7am-3:30pm

Term time only- 41 weeks

£14.56/ hour

Job Responsibilities

• • Preparing and cooking healthy and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for students, staff and hospitality functions.

  Following recipes and all policies and procedures

  Working as part of a talented team and mentoring new colleagues.

  Good time management required in this fast paced role

  Keeping kitchen records up to date.

  Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene

Key Requirements:

• • Previous catering/ kitchen experience required

  Excellent team player

  Excellent communication abilities

  Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures Able to pass DBS checks
