Room Attendant - Flexi job

As a Flexi-Job Room Attendant, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience by ensuring that our guest rooms and assigned areas are clean, comfortable, and presented to the highest standards. You will support the Housekeeping team on an as-needed basis, particularly during periods of high occupancy.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.

• Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.

• Clean bathrooms and ensure all room facilities are properly presented.

• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and any lost property to the appropriate supervisor.

• Ensure that housekeeping trolleys and equipment are clean, organised, and properly stocked.

• Follow hotel procedures regarding hygiene, safety, and the handling of guest belongings.

• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready within the required timeframes.

• Maintain a professional and discreet attitude when interacting with guests.

• Previous experience in housekeeping is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.

• Reliable, punctual, and well organised.

• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.

• Flexible and available to work according to operational needs, including weekends and public holidays when required.

• A good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.

• Eligible to work in Belgium under the applicable flexi-job regulations.
