The 25hours Hotel Paper Island, surrounded by water on Christiansholm, is just a short walk from Nyhavn. The island has been transformed into a vibrant new city neighborhood, featuring pioneering architecture by the award-winning COBE architects. These new buildings offer a fresh interpretation of harbor architecture, using concrete, brick, and timber. Inside the hotel, the design by STYLT Trampoli evokes the feel of a Scandinavian holiday home on a small island. Your journey to this Scandinavian retreat begins at the harbor-themed reception. The public spaces resemble a village, with a little shop reflecting the variety of items you might find there, from fishing gear to shoes to food. Once you make your way to our rooms or one our three dining outlets, you'll feel as though you’ve arrived at your holiday cottage.

From check-in to “See you again”: our team ensures guests are happy from their first moment there till their last. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to the Front Office as Receptionist.

How does your working day look like …

• At the reception, you’ll make sure that guests aren’t just contented, but enthusiastic
• You’ll always keep your cool – even when all the guests turn up to check in at the same time
• You’ll get everything ready for the shift, and round it off with the Front Office fully cleaned up
• You'll be scheduled both on the day and the evening team to really support allround and work occasionally nights as well
• You'll start showing your skills with us from 1st of September

Your personality counts more than your CV …

• You’ve completed a course of training in the hotel business and gained professional experience within guest service and administration
• You speak English fluently
• You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests. On top of this, you know your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
• You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
