We're now recruiting for the 2026/2027 season, join us for another exciting year of matchdays and events!

Join us as a Casual Hospitality Team Member, where you'll create memorable experiences for every guest, delivering great service in a fast-paced and vibrant matchday environment.

Hours & Pay

Contract: Casual (includes weekend and evening shifts)

Hourly Pay: £13.45

What You'll Do

• Deliver food and beverages (including alcohol) to tables promptly and professionally
• Work closely with the kitchen and your teammates to deliver a smooth, top-quality service
• Serve guests with energy, warmth, and efficiency
• Work behind the bar serving drinks, pouring pints, and keeping the atmosphere lively and welcoming
• Keep the operation running seamlessly before, during, and after events
• Handle payments accurately and confidently
• Support with setup and clean-down

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, approachable personality and great spirit
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days
• Must be 18 or over (due to alcohol service requirements)

Please note that due to the nature of these roles, we can only accept applications from individuals over the age of 18.
