Location: Palace Barracks, Holywood, BT18 9RA 
Pay Rate: £12.71/hour (over 21s) 
Contract type: Permanent, part-time, 30 hours/week, 4 days out of 7 (includes some weekends) 

We’re looking for a flexible and enthusiastic Food Service Assistant to join our team at Holywood Palace Barracks. In this role, you’ll support the catering team by delivering excellent service during functions and covering staff leave.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with food preparation and service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Cash handling
• Work collaboratively with the catering team to ensure smooth operations.

What we’re looking for: 

• Previous experience in a catering or hospitality environment is desirable
• Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing needs
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering great service
