Architect & Interior Designer

As an Architect & Interior Designer, you will be responsible for designing, renovating and upgrading our hospitality properties across Greece. You will combine creative architectural and interior design with hands-on project coordination, procurement and site supervision, so that every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest 5* standards.

What you’ll do 

Develop architectural and interior design concepts for hotel and hospitality projects, from initial idea to final execution

Plan and manage Hotel Design & Renovation projects, including upgrades to existing properties

Prepare, read, amend and draw plans, layouts and detailed drawings in AutoCAD

Produce photorealistic renderings and visual presentations for management and stakeholders

Design lighting studies and solutions using DIALux

Select materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment in line with the 5* brand standards

Manage Procurement & Purchasing: source suppliers, request and compare offers, and follow up on orders and deliveries

Coordinate projects with contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure they are completed on time, on budget and within scope

Supervise on-site the correct implementation of architectural and interior designs

Organize and plan project tasks and schedules, and report on project milestones to management

Review technical terms in contracts and ensure compliance with Greek building laws and regulations

Collaborate across departments to ensure projects align with company goals and business priorities

Requirements

Knowledge of and experience in Hotel Design & Renovation

BSc or MSc in Architecture or Interior Design

Minimum 5 years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm

Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD

Knowledge of DIALux

Ability to produce photorealistic renderings

Experience in Procurement & Purchasing

Strong Project Coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

On-site supervision experience

Ability to monitor and control project budgets and timelines

Good knowledge of Greek laws and regulations related to buildings

Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility for monthly trips
