What you’ll do

• Prepare and dispatch orders for the various hotel departments.
• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure that the correct quantities and types of stock are received.
• Sign delivery notes upon receipt of products and goods.
• Follow all instructions and procedures regarding the proper handling and storage of stock.
• Unpack products and arrange them on shelves as required.
• Record internal stock transfers in the ERP system.
• Ensure that storage facilities and work areas remain clean, hygienic, safe, and well organized.
• Report any breakages, damages, or spillages promptly.
• Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Kitchen, Food & Beverage (F&B), Housekeeping, and other hotel departments.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
