About the role 

As Room Service Attendant at Domes Miramare, a Luxury Collection Resort, you will bring our dining experience to guests in the comfort of their rooms. You will take room service orders, deliver and serve them with care, and know our menu well, including any dietary requirements our guests may have.

What you will do 

Guest service

Listen to guests' needs and provide the best possible service to ensure their satisfaction.

Handle guest concerns and resolve them promptly.

Operations

Take food and beverage orders by phone or from the order cards guests leave on their doors.

Prepare the service trolley.

Deliver orders to guest rooms and serve them.

Check corridors for dishes or trolleys left by guests and clear them.

Teamwork

Work with all operational departments to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

Requirements

What you will bring 

Essential

Good spoken English.

Excellent communication skills and a strong guest focused approach.

A courteous and friendly approach with guests.

Team spirit and the ability to work well with others.

Desirable

Relevant experience in a luxury hotel.

A degree in tourism or hospitality.

A second foreign language.
