Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie in their Education sector to join our team at the University of Hertfordshire, College Lane Campus, AL10 9AB.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard

Assist in prep for breakfast & lunch service

Make food to recipe

Carry out & maintain FIFO stock rotation

Assist the Head Chef with stock management

Maintain a clean kitchen throughout your working day Assist in food production for hospitality catering bookings

Key Requirements:

Previous catering/ kitchen experience required

Excellent team player

Excellent communication abilities

Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
