What you'll do

Job responsibilities

• All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre-agreed food specification.
• All food items for service are present, portion controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs instructions.
• To ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue with correct use of equipment
• To ensure the cleanliness of the Kitchen to the standard of EHO requirements
• Visual hazard check of kitchen
• Correct PPE is worn throughout shift, full uniform blue trousers & Tops, safety shoes must be worn at all times

What you'll bring

• Previous Chef Experience
• Basic Knowledge of food hygiene
