Job Description

Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Barista to join our team working at the Costa Coffee at South Lanarkshire college, G750NE.

Term time 40 working weeks

£13.45/ hour

Job Responsibilities

Making hot and cold drinks to spec – a fantastic way to show off your latte art skills or learn new ones.

Operating the till, processing cash and card transactions, upselling products and sizes and providing excellent customer service to our customers.

General cleaning of the unit, including sweeping/mopping the dining areas, rubbish disposal, general clean down of the unit and ensuring all designated cleaning tasks are complete.

Serving prepackaged / made to order food and cakes – ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are followed.

Stocking up and rotating stock daily, ensuring the unit stock is faced up throughout the day and dated correctly.

Key Requirements:

Previous Barista experience is desirable, however not essential as full training will be given on site

Strong customer service skills

Enhanced DBS and full security vetting
