For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Guest Relations Manager to join the Elix team in Perdika, Thesprotia.

The Role

As Guest Relations Manager, you will lead the guest relations team at Elix, oversee personalised guest service and turn feedback into improvements that enhance the overall guest experience.

A Day in the Job

Attentive service, clear communication and consistent follow-up help guests feel looked after throughout their stay.

Here's what a typical day at Elix could look like:

• You ensure guests receive a warm, professional welcome on arrival.

• You oversee and deliver attentive, seamless guest service that meets the standards of a luxury hotel.

• You anticipate guests’ needs, including those they have not expressed, and respond promptly to requests.

• You actively listen to complaints and resolve them professionally.

• You coordinate communication between guests and hotel teams, following up to ensure concerns have been resolved.

• You inform guests about the hotel’s services.

• You report guest feedback and provide strategic direction to improve the guest experience and the hotel’s overall rating.

• You manage the guest relations team, ensuring compliance with all service standards and operating procedures.

Requirements

Is This You?

Essential qualifications:

• A high school diploma, general education qualification or international equivalent.

• Proven experience in guest relations in a supervisory or management role at a luxury property.

• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to listen, read and communicate clearly, including understanding and writing instructions, memos, short correspondence and messages.

• Excellent communication and people skills, with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

• The ability to manage stress and work effectively under pressure, including tight deadlines, heavy workloads and hotel emergencies.

• Strong attention to detail.

• A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented, hands-on approach focused on results.

Additional qualifications – a plus:

• A college degree.

• Previous guest service experience and general computer experience.

• Experience with Property Management Software (PMS).

• Knowledge of a second language.
