Deli / Front of House Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Catering Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily operation of the catering service, ensuring excellent customer service and high standards of food presentation and hygiene.

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out front of house duties in a professional and friendly manner
• Prepare and serve food from the deli/sandwich bar
• Deliver excellent customer service to all customers and visitors
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all work areas
• Assist with food preparation and replenishment as required
• Follow all company food safety, HACCP, and health & safety procedures
• Support the wider catering team with day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of the English language
• Previous catering or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable, flexible, and positive attitude
• Good understanding of food hygiene practices
