What will you be responsible for?

• Deliver an exceptional service experience to all guests
• Have thorough knowledge of the menu and confidently provide information when requested
• Present and explain the day’s specials to customers
• Make food and beverage recommendations and suggest additional options
• Ensure consistently high standards of customer service, exceeding expectations
• Support the smooth operation of the restaurant through teamwork and collaboration

  What is your Profile?

  • High commitment to deliver excellent customer service
  • You have at least 6 months experience in customer service preferably in food and beverage industry
  • Team player with the ability of communicating effectively
  • Strong calibre with the ability to with the ability to work in a fast - pace environment
  • Fluent in English and/or Greek Language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Service Enthusiast
