We’re growing our business and looking for creative Sushi Chefs to join our team in Nicosia (Engomi)

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Greek and/or English.
• Ability to follow on-the-job training and company standards.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and passion for preparing and rolling sushi.
• Organized, reliable, and ready to perform in a fast-paced environment.

  Duties:

  • Responsible for the Sushi bar area, ensuring food quality and consistency.

  • Prepare sushi, garnishes, salads, and related items to company standards.
  • Strong Knife skills and ingredient preparation.
  • Follow portion control, product packaging and presentation according to specifications.
  • Maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards at all times.
