Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all cinema guests
• Lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve daily targets and maintain team spirit
• Oversee and manage supplies, inventory, and stock control
• Supervise house keeping, repairs, and maintenance tasks to ensure a pristine environment
• Maintain direct communication with Management regarding daily operations and updates

  Candidate Profile:

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literate (use of basic office programs and communication tools)
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken)
  • Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or retail is an asset
