About the role
On behalf of our client, a well-established hotel in Ayia Napa, we are looking to recruit a Porter to join their team.
Role Overview
The Porter will be responsible for assisting guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth overall experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out
- Escort guests to their rooms
- Provide information regarding hotel facilities
- Support the Front Office team
- Handle guest requests in a professional and friendly manner
Requirements- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service will be considered an advantage
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of English
- Positive and team-oriented personality
