About the role
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Porter to join our team at St. George Beach Hotel & Spa Resort. The successful candidate will support front office operations and provide excellent service to our guests.
- Assist guests with their luggage upon arrival and departure
- Escort guests to their rooms in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide basic information about hotel facilities and services
- Support the Front Office and Reception team when required
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public area
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the English language
- Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong team spirit and willingness to assist colleagues
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
