About the role
On behalf of our client, an Italian restaurant in Ayia Napa, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef (Pizzaiolo) to join a dynamic kitchen team.
Responsibilities:
• Preparing and stretching Neapolitan pizza dough.
• Baking in a wood-fired oven, managing fire and temperature effectively.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Ensuring excellent quality, timing, and presentation for every pizza.
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience working with a wood-fired oven.
• Speed, consistency, and attention to cleanliness.
• Passion for authentic pizza and attention to detail.
What is offered:
• Salary €1,800 – €2,300.
• Accommodation with a private room for candidates relocating from other areas.
• Free meal during each shift.
• 13th salary.
