Operations Manager (Amavi MadeForTwo Hotel, Paphos)

Amavi MadeForTwo Hotel in Paphos, an award-winning luxury couples-only resort and a flagship property of Kanika Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager.

This key leadership role is responsible for overseeing the resort’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the resort, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage excellence.
• Lead and support the Rooms and F&B divisions to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure outstanding service standards, property presentation, and full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage operational budgets, team schedules, and administrative processes.
• Monitor performance indicators and financial results, implementing strategies to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and execute operational plans aligned with the resort’s strategic objectives.

• Act as General Manager when required, ensuring smooth and effective management of all departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a 4* or 5* luxury hotel or resort.
• Graduate of a Hospitality Management School.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and manage large teams.
• Proven expertise in Food & Beverage operations.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen.
• Excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English (Greek will be considered an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• EU citizen or holder of a valid work permit.
