About the role
Napa City Apartments is looking for a reliable and organized Operations & Reservations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental apartments in Ayia Napa.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and ensure smooth guest stays
- Coordinate cleaners, maintenance issues, and check-ins/outs
- Handle reservations on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and direct bookings
- Respond to guest messages quickly and professionally
- Monitor calendars, availability, and booking requests
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest experience
- Assist with supplies, stock checks, and property readiness
Requirements:
- Experience in hospitality or short-term rentals
- Strong communication skills (English required)
- Organized, responsible, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable with Booking.com/Airbnb interfaces
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Salary: €1,400–€1,700 depending on experience.
