About the role

Napa City Apartments is looking for a reliable and organized Operations & Reservations Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental apartments in Ayia Napa.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations and ensure smooth guest stays
  • Coordinate cleaners, maintenance issues, and check-ins/outs
  • Handle reservations on Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia and direct bookings
  • Respond to guest messages quickly and professionally
  • Monitor calendars, availability, and booking requests
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest experience
  • Assist with supplies, stock checks, and property readiness

    Requirements:

    • Experience in hospitality or short-term rentals
    • Strong communication skills (English required)
    • Organized, responsible, and problem-solving mindset
    • Comfortable with Booking.com/Airbnb interfaces
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

      Salary: €1,400–€1,700 depending on experience.
