Location: Nomad Bread & Coffee, Limassol city center
Shift: Night Shift (2 AM - 10 AM)
Salary: €1,300 - €1,650 Gross per Month(8 hour shifts)

Nomad Bread & Coffee is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated baker to join our team! As a sanctuary for sourdough lovers and coffee aficionados, we pride ourselves on our artisanal baking processes and commitment to quality. We are currently seeking a Night Shift Baker to help us continue to deliver exceptional bread to our community. Whether you’re a seasoned baker or eager to learn the art of sourdough, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in all stages of sourdough bread preparation
- Load and monitor ovens to ensure perfect bake every time
- Participate in kitchen cleaning and maintenance to uphold our high standards of hygiene and safety
- Work collaboratively with the night team to prepare bread for the coming day
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about artisanal baking and eager to learn more about sourdough
- Able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable working night shifts and being part of a team dedicated to excellence
- Previous baking experience is preferred but not essential – a willingness to learn is key!
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor
- Must be able to work 8-hour shifts, with availability for weekends and holidays as needed
