Kitchen Team Leader (Themed) - Paphos

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with large-volume cooking equipment and all menu recipes, ensuring professional preparation
• Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards
• Coordinate and supervise the team, covering for colleagues as needed
• Collaborate with supervisors to plan menus and support the Executive Chef

  Qualifications and Experience:

  • Graduate of a Culinary School
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of local & international cuisine
  • Good command of the English language
  • EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
