About the role
Crystal Springs Beach Hotel is seeking a reliable and experienced Hotel Chief Gardener to oversee and maintain the beauty of the hotel’s outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will supervise the gardening team and ensure that all landscaped areas meet the hotel’s high presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate all gardening and landscaping activities.
- Supervise daily work of the gardening team.
- Ensure proper planting, pruning, fertilizing, watering and general garden maintenance.
- Monitor irrigation systems and report any damages or failures.
- Ensure correct use and maintenance of gardening tools and equipment.
- Maintain hotel outdoor areas to a consistently high standard.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in gardening or landscaping.
- Previous supervisory experience will be considered an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Greek or English.
- Responsible, organized, and team-oriented personality.
- Physically fit for outdoor manual work.
