About the role

Vardas Seacret is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head Chef to lead the kitchen team.

We are looking for a professional who is passionate, strong in organization, and committed to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Mediterranean menu items.
  • Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff.
  • Ensure excellent food presentation, portion control, and consistency.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with management on menu updates, specials, and improvements.
  • Monitor food cost, minimize waste, and ensure budget efficiency.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
    • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and modern kitchen techniques.
    • Leadership skills with the ability to build and guide a team.
    • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
    • Good organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
    • Professional attitude and commitment to high standards.
