Food & Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily Food & Beverage operations of the five-star Radisson Beach Resort. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong operational mindset, capable of driving service excellence, consistency, and efficiency across all outlets.

The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience, ensuring that all Food & Beverage services operate seamlessly and in full alignment with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets
• Ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation across all areas
• Actively support the overall hotel operation by collaborating closely with all departments
• Monitor guest feedback and implement immediate and effective corrective actions
• Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control
• Lead, train, and develop F&B teams, ensuring strong leadership presence on the floor
• Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards (HACCP and local regulations)
• Support planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring of the department

  Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel or resort environment
  • Strong operational background with a hands-on leadership approach
  • In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and procedures
  • Ability to lead teams and drive performance in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
