Job Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverages to guests in a warm, energetic, and professional manner, ensuring prompt service.
• Assist the Waiters in serving food and beverages to guests.
• Clear tables efficiently throughout service to maintain a tidy environment.
• Support in preparing stations and tables before service and carry out assigned side duties as directed by the F&B Management team.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar team members to ensure seamless service flow.
• Keep dining areas and service equipment clean and in good working condition at all times.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and refer any complex queries to the Waiter A or F&B Management team.

  Requirements

  • 1-2 years in food & beverage service preferably within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
  • Familiarity with proper table settings and service standards.
  • Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
