Store Manager – Umami Sushi & Pan Asian

At UMAMI Sushi & Pan Asian, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional food and memorable experiences to every guest. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager at Germasogeia, Limassol, to lead our restaurant teams and ensure smooth operations across all areas.

Your Role

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service at all times.
• Maintain high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Drive sales performance and control costs to meet business targets.
• Manage, train, and develop team members and junior managers.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and overall financial performance.
• Conduct inventory control and manage stock efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and labour laws.
• Handle staff performance, appraisals, and development plans.
• Support local store marketing initiatives and business growth.
• Manage administrative and financial tasks, including invoicing.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3–5 years in hospitality, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
    • Proven leadership, team development, and people management skills.
    • Fluency in Greek is essential; good command of English required.
    • Strong customer service orientation and hands-on, proactive approach.
    • Calm, solution-oriented, and results-driven under pressure.
    • Trustworthy, reliable, flexible, and detail-focused.
    • Knowledge of Cyprus health & safety, food hygiene, and labor laws.
    • Experience managing labor costs, driving profitability, and operational excellence.
