Sommelier

Ararat Grand Residences is seeking a passionate and experienced Sommelier to join our luxury hospitality team. In this role, you will enhance the guest dining experience through expert wine service, curated pairings, and in-depth knowledge of wine regions, vintages, and cellar management, ensuring an exceptional 5-star hospitality experience.

• Manage wine service, including selection, purchase, storage, and service of wines and other beverages
• Recommend and deliver wine and food pairings in collaboration with the culinary team
• Oversee cellar management, including inventory control and proper storage conditions
• Guide guests in wine selection based on preferences, menu, and expert knowledge of wine regions and varietals
• Maintain and update the restaurant wine list in line with quality standards and offerings
• Train and support restaurant staff in wine knowledge and service standards
• Ensure high standards of wine presentation and service during guest interactions
• Monitor stock levels and ensure efficient cellar operations
