Job Title: Retail Vendor
Department: Food & Beverage – Front of House
Reports To: Assistant Beverage Manager
Job Profile:
Ararat Grand Residences is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Retail Vendor to support the daily operations of our Delicatessen Shop. The role involves supplying, preparing, and ensuring the presentation of high-quality food and beverage products in a luxury retail environment, while maintaining exceptional standards of quality, hygiene, and customer experience.
Job Description:
- Provide and supply fresh food and beverage products according to operational requirements
- Prepare, package, and present food and beverage items for display and retail sale
- Ensure all products meet strict quality, freshness, and presentation standards
- Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment of products
- Coordinate with the Delicatessen Shop team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support the organization and visual presentation of products in the retail area
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain accurate product flow schedules
- Assist in maintaining product consistency and brand standards
Person Specification
- Previous experience in the food and beverage or retail food industry
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales, stock handling, or inventory management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable with working hours, including weekends and evenings
- Attention to detail and commitment to product quality and presentation
Work Environment:
