NALU Latchi – Leonardo Limited Edition is currently seeking to recruit a Lifeguard to join our team.

Position: Lifeguard
Location: NALU Latchi – Leonardo Limited Edition

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Supervise and monitor guests at the swimming pool area to ensure their safety at all times
• Prevent accidents and respond effectively in emergency situations
• Provide first aid and CPR when necessary
• Enforce pool safety regulations and maintain order in all pool facilities
• Ensure that no glass items are used within the swimming pool area
• Prepare daily reports regarding incidents, first aid assistance, or unusual occurrences
• Monitor water quality standards and report any irregularities immediately
• Ensure the safety and security of guests’ personal belongings within the pool area
• Maintain proper order and safety procedures in water slide areas

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• Good command of Greek and English language
• Strong observation, communication, and risk assessment skills
• Valid First Aid Certificate issued by the Order of St. John or another recognized organization within the Republic of Cyprus or the European Union
• Valid Lifeguard Certificate at Silver Medal level or higher, recognized by the Cyprus Lifesaving Federation or an equivalent European Union organization
• External Defibrillator certification will be considered an advantage
