Host/Hostess

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Host/Hostess who brings energy, elegance, and provides consistent, high-quality service across all shifts!

Job Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at the restaurant or bar.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and ensure guests are comfortable while waiting.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station and entrance area.
• Communicate effectively with the service and kitchen teams to coordinate table turnover.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and refer any complex queries to the F&B Management team.
• Assist with special requests, VIP arrangements, and event coordination as needed.
• Support during events and busy service periods with grace and efficiency.
• Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the F&B Management team.

  Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hostess or front-of-house experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
  • Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
