Host / Hostess

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the venue
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
• Escort guests to assigned dining area. Seat guests by finding a clean, available table
• Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
• Manage Reservations

  Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent / Hotel & Catering Diploma is a plus
  • Previous experience in the same position or any similar serving experience in Hospitality Industry
  • Excellent Knowledge of English Language
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Hotel software/PMS is a plus
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification
  • Pleasant Personality
