City Unity College is seeking to recruit a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Head of the Hospitality Department.

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will lead and manage the Hospitality Department, ensuring high academic standards, industry relevance, and strategic growth of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the department
• Oversee curriculum development and program delivery
• Manage faculty and departmental operations
• Foster industry partnerships and student placement opportunities
• Ensure quality assurance and accreditation standards are met

Requirements (Mandatory):

• PhD in Hospitality

• Minimum of 10 years of experience (academic and/or industry)

• Proven leadership and management experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

  Salary:

  €4,000 gross per month
