F&B Cost Controller

Atlantica Miramare is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B Cost Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting operational efficiency within the hotel. This role plays a key part in maintaining profitability while upholding high standards of service and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly stock takes for all F&B outlets and stores
• Record and reconcile physical stock counts in the system
• Prepare and issue stock control reports
• Monitor and manage food and beverage cost control processes
• Perform menu costings and analyze profitability
• Prepare monthly F&B results and performance reports
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and report any discrepancies
• Support department heads with cost-related analysis and recommendations

  Education, Experience & Skills:

  • College or University Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in hotel operations will be considered an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of hotel systems (POS, stock control systems, time recording systems)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Good analytical and numerical abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
