Tavernaki at Mall of Cyprus in Nicosiais looking for a talented and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and shares our commitment to provide excellent customer service, for the position of Cook.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a fast-paced kitchen in a similar position
• Ability to work independently and with great attention to detail
• Ability to guide and support other team members
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations according to HACCP and the Organisation's standards
• Good knowledge of English and/or Greek Language

  What you will do:

  • Responsible for the preparation and execution of dishes according to Tavernaki standards
  • Work independently and with an emphasis on quality and consistency
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team for the smooth flow of production
  • Guide and support team members based on your experience
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety within the kitchen area
