Bartender

Job Responsibilities

• Engaging with guests and offering personalized drink recommendations.
• Take customer orders for drink items, using upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
• Supporting during Events.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and refer any complex queries to the F&B Management team.
• Collaborate with service team members to ensure seamless service flow.
• Carry out assigned side duties as directed by the F&B Management team.
• Clear bar efficiently throughout the shift to maintain a tidy environment.
• Handle guest checks accurately and ensure secure payment processing.

  Requirements

  • 2-3 years of bartending experience in a fast paced environment within a 4-star or 5-star hotel or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication in English is essential. Fluency in Greek is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a high-energy, team-focused environment.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with proper table settings and service standards.
  • Good physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
  • Ability to confidently describe menu items, pricing, and preparation methods to guests.
  • Applicants must hold EU nationality without the need for a visa sponsor.
