Barista

SĀNDO is Hiring: Barista / Front of House / Content Creator

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Barista to join SĀNDO — someone who can move confidently between coffee, service, and content creation.

This is not a typical barista role. You will be part of a fast-paced, delivery-driven kitchen with a strong brand identity, where attention to detail, speed, and aesthetics matter equally.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Preparing high-quality coffee and beverages
• Managing front of house operations (orders, customer interaction, flow)
• Supporting daily service during peak hours
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar and service area

  In addition, you will contribute to our brand presence by:

  • Taking high-quality photos of products
  • Creating Instagram content (stories, posts, reels)
  • Supporting the visual identity of STREETBUNS LTD (SĀNDO, Bites & Sips, THE KITCHEN)

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous experience as a barista or in front of house
    • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
    • Ability to work fast and under pressure
    • Basic understanding of coffee preparation and milk handling
    • Meta Business Suite diploma/course taken will be considered strongly
    • Interest or experience in social media content creation
    • Good eye for aesthetics and detail (very important for our brand)
    • Positive attitude and team mindset
